Terms of Service

Payment
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three (3) to six (6) business days for delivery of in-stock items(2KG). Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 14 days.

Shipping Policy
Customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Items will be declared as merchandise at the full sale price. Please research any applicable taxes before your purchase.
DHL is unable to deliver to PO Boxes. A full street address is required. Please tell us where you want it sent, thanks.

Return and Refund Policy
Not offering a 30 or 60 day no questions asked refund policy. All sales are final for international orders, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be sent to recycle; no refunds or exchanges will be given.

Unpaid Orders
In regards to unpaid orders, items will be returned to stock if payment is not made within 7 days.
